We created BabysitterExchange
in 2000 as a way to help young budget-conscious families connect with each other
to get help with life's every-day tasks.
Originally modeled after the Garden Hills Babysitting Co-op in Atlanta, we
expanded BabysitterExchange
to make it relevant to a broader group of members. People now use it for babysitting, errands, carpooling,
help around the house, tutoring, meal swaps, odd jobs, house sitting, caring for pets and anything else they
can imagine.
We've put a lot of thought into what successful communities require -- trust, connection, ease-of-use -- and we've designed
BabysitterExchange with your requirements in mind. We're always
open to new ideas and suggestions. Just use
