Babysitter Exchange knows that protecting your personal information is extremely important. We value your privacy and promise to abide by the following statements:

1. Babysitter Exchange will never sell your name, address, or any other information about you to third parties.
   
   
2. We will only ask you for information that is needed for you to enjoy the benefits of Babysitter Exchange. During enrollment we ask for contact information such as your name, address, phone number and email address.
   
   
3. When you create a group, you decide if you want other members to see your group and be able to contact you (open group) or if you want the group hidden only to invitees (private group).
   
   
4. Emergency contact information and relevant information such as age, allergies, favorite food/snack of your child will be shared only with the group member you've selected to watch your child.
   
   
5. Client IP address information is logged on our web servers for administrative and security purposes only and not used to track individual personal identifiable information.
   
   
6. If you choose to cancel your membership, Babysitter Exchange will remove all data contained in your online account from the system.
   
   
7. Your personal information can be updated at any time through our Member Info page, which is available after you securely login to Babysitter Exchange. This is done by clicking on the Account Info tab, and then the Member Info menu item on the left. This brings up a window where you can update your personal information and submit the changes. To change your Babysitter Exchange Login ID, please email us at support@babysitterexchange.com.
   
   
8. We will notify you of any changes to this privacy policy via the email address you provide during enrollment.
